Improve SPOE update process in containers so that a helm install is not required

Currently, when making an update to the SPOE file, the process requires the file to be pulled in via a helm install. In an enterprise environment, there tend to be limitations on what can be done during business hours as part of normal configuration. This sort of activity could be performed daily in a busy environment. One option to mitigate this would be to include the SPOE file in the Customization UI; this could be updated, then run a cache refresh to pull in the changes, which would prevent the need to perform a full helm install.

    Hi,

    A restart is not required for any changes made to SPOE property files, as these changes are applied dynamically.

    For container-based installations, update the property files in the Helm config folder and also manually copy them to the relevant PODs (using oc cp) to ensure the changes are picked up dynamically.

    Important: Be sure to make the changes in the Helm config folder as well. This ensures your updates are retained during the next Helm upgrade and not overwritten.
