Fix some bin scripts bang line

When automating bin/runAll.sh script, it failed to find bang line on first line of script.

This is on a new install of b2bi 6.1.0.2

Running cmd below on b2bi bin dir:

head -n1 *.sh > /tmp/bin_head1_list.txt

Shows that these 6 scripts have something different than #!/bin/sh on the script first line.

==> buildjaxclient.sh <== #!/bin/bash

This one is ok, but why is it different than all others that use #!/bin/sh interpreter?

==> runAll.sh <==

First line is blank, #!/bin/sh is on 2nd line.

==> setupContainerfiles.sh <== ############################################################################

Does not have an interpreter bang line at all.

==> startASI.sh <==

Does not have an interpreter bang line at all.

==> startLiberty.sh <== export JVM_ARGS="-Dvendor=shell -DvendorFile="

Does not have an interpreter bang line at all.

==> updateXercesJars.sh <== #Licensed Materials - Property of IBM

Does not have an interpreter bang line at all.

First line of every script should be #! followed by the full path to the interpreter. ie:

#!/bin/sh

Automate OOB scripts without the need to wrap it or manually fix it on every release.
