Retry option in SEAS for any connection failures with LDAP server.

The retry option will take care of any internal connection failure instead of sending connection error for external partners/vendors.

Add JDBC importer to Design Studio(Eclipse) or Database interface Designer

The only way to import a typetree for JDBC adapter, is to call an external java command line com.hcl.hip.tools.adapterdriver.TreeImporter for the adapter com.hcl.hip.adapters.m4jdbc. This is not a user friendly solution.

Database Interface Designer should take care of all character sets, and not only the obsolete ones

Currently (in 8.4.1.2 and earlier), Database Interface Designer cannot be told to use character sets other than the "historic" ones. It is of course possible to convert the type trees later, but would be better not to have to.
