PGP support part of OpenPGP adapter

Currently OpenPGP adapter supports GPG but not PGP, We request to enable support for pgp part of OpenPGP adapter. also we need to have a way to encrypt data in-memory / In-flight instead of writing plain text into disk and then encrypting.

WTX MQ Adapter command does not allow BOQNAME definition

In the WTX MQ adapter command list, there is no BOQNAME command to define the back out queue name. And the -EQN may not have the same results as BOQNAME. This is a request to create the -BOQNAME in the WTX MQ adapter command.
