Allow for friendly names in e-mail configuration for PEM

It would give end users a more friendly e-mail from the PEM system. Our internal groups would like it to be associated with an entity like Partner Engagement Manager rather than text @subdomain.domain.com.

Parameterization of Subject Line in the Email

By allowing variables to the subject of PEM emails, this will help to make email notifications more descriptive.
