Adding in additional triggers for alt.comm.outbound

The idea behind this is to allow alt.comm.outbound to be triggered for other situations. Such as TCP timeouts after a session had been initiated.

Currently the Windows Exit routine on v6.2.0.4 uses Rest API to connect to cyberark. We would like to see the exit routine being able to call a locally installed claim client to retrieve the password.

BKFS - Centralized administrator User Provisioning for SEAS

User accounts created in LDAP must also be created in the following GUIs: SFG, SSPcm, Control Center. Ability to centralize/ "one time" provisioning for all Sterling software would simplify the system administration.
