Add a feature to pass the failed response from PP to PEM.

Hi,

Currently, in PEM under the tab "Wait for Provisioning" when the control passes from PEM to PP to provision the resources in respective environments then in the PEM side we see a triangle draft kind of sign stating that the PP is working to create the resources and when the PP creates the resources then the sign changes to "Green Tick" but if PP failed to create the resources and any API call fails then in such scenario we cannot see that in PEM because for failed situation the icon does not change.

We want a functionality to be added in PEM side such in case PP fails then the same should be pass to PEM where the PEM user can see that PP has been failed along with details like which activity is failed in PP, at which and what was the error reason.
