Choose different colors for different environments

In Integration it is possible to choose different colors for different environments, we would like this possiblity also in the B2B product so we don't accidently make changes in wrong environment.

Support current SFTP/SSH host key and public key algorithms.

Switching between views clears current search filters

Keep search filter values when switching between Live and Archive logs in B2B. Keep filter filled in values when e.g. switching between 'equals' and 'contains'. This works in old Theme.
