How will this idea be used?

The german Federal Office for Security in Information Technology restricts the Ciphersuites to be used by SSH-Communications like SFTP-Data-Exchange:

The current restriction does not match all of the available ciphers in SI 6.0.2.X. Therefor only one HMAC-Algroithm is usable by now for example. A higher variance would allow our Customers a higher flexibility.
