Allow Admin User To Act As Non-Admin User

As a Control Center admin, I can see all activity while signed in with my own credentials. To troubleshoot incidents for other users, it is advantageous to sign in with the same credentials they have so that I can see things from their points of view. I need dummy user records for each Role, and the process of going back and forth is a time waster. It would be very helpful to have a way to remain signed in with my admin credentials but temporarily to "act as user ... " to identify issues tied to permissions and/or data visibility.
