I have a Control Center rule setup that performs something similar to this.  In the rule parameters, for the first key I have SI.Mailbox Path matches the consumer mailbox name.  The second key is FG.Producer matches.  The third key is Return Code not equal to 0.  The fourth key is Message ID.  For yours, do Message ID reqex FG_0419|FG_0455|FG_421.  On your rule email action, leave the email message blank.  This will report all of the information available to Control Center.  You can specify the subject.  I hope this helps.
