Control Center and Cognos Reporting - Make Cognos a separate Windows Service

Please make a separate service for the Control Center Cognos piece that would be dependent on the Control Center engine service running. Having the Cognos piece as a separate service would enable an administrator to stop and restart Cognos without stopping Control Center.

    Marking this delivered. Cognos is also a separate installation starting Control Center 6.2.

    It appears that this is now available in 6.1.1.0
