Be able to control enable/disable of Directory services dynamically for non-container based MWS installation

Hello Team,

We normally use ./mws.sh getConfig ... commands to get the configuration information from DB onto the local and be able to manipulate the local file for various MWS configurations. One such requirement we have is to be able to control the Directory Services (have it enabled or keep it disabled) even as we start up MWS. 
Typically this will help where organizations have more than one DirSvc defined and prioritised the order.

NOTE: The request is for NON Container based MWS installation
