"Read-only" option in the actions menu of Active Transfer for user groups

It would be interesting for our business model to have a "read-only" option in the actions menu of Active Transfer for user groups. This way, they can see what is in the menu but cannot make any changes.

There are "read-only" options in various parts of the Active Transfer menu, but not in actions. Given that this menu is one of the most important parts of Active Transfer and that modifications to any of these actions can cause significant business issues, implementing "read-only" permissions would ensure that only users who need to manage these actions can modify them, while allowing necessary visibility for other users.
