Ability to copy order in Store engagement

Fot Costco, we have a use case where existing member order is looked up and copied over to create a new order. As a Store associate, I should be able to capture the order with copy order functionality which doesn't seem to exist today.

    Hi Jason,

    We are looking for early next year. I got an update from the IBM engagement team that they are having discussions with the Product team on getting this feature in the product. I will wait for the discussions outcome.

    This feature would be a small customization for Costco to implement. What timeline are you looking for?

    Hi Jason,


    Can this functionality be available as part of the product rather than a customization ? That way we don't need to worry about the additional efforts when we plan for upgrades.

    Hi Sayeesh,

    The backend api supports copy orders. I would suggest you implement customizations on the UI.
