During Customer Pickup if "Cancel" is chosen as "More Actions" then cancellation reasons are provided in dropdown however when recordCustomerPick is invoked it internally calls changeOrder to cancel however the cancel reason code is not passed into changeOrder and therefore in IBM Call Centre an empty cancel reason is displayed when you go to "Important Events"

How will this idea be used?
As a customer services representative analysing customer orders I need to understand the reasons why ordered quantities may have been cancelled in a consistent way regardless of which system / user has modified the order. As a e-com business representative I want to be able to generate reports providing reasons why cancellations have occurred. |
