Store level default segment configuration

Default segmentation set up needs to be done at the store level along with tenant level so that each store can have its own default segment. Store level tenant config should take priority. If there is no store level setting present then the tenant level should be considered.

This will be used to set up the default segment for a store that will need a different default segment than the one configured at the tenant level.

    Release 21.1 provides the following capability

    Configuring the default segment, segment type, and supply type at the store level

    You can now configure the default segment, segment type, and supply type for a specific store or a set of stores, which could previously only be configured at the tenant or enterprise level.
