Add/Modify Charges during Order Creation from IBM Sterling Store Engagement

In Sterling RCP SOM, during Order Capture , in the final stage we have the option to Add New Charges or Modify Existing Changes. This is a critical functionality needed to override pricing, provide customer appeasement etc for various scenarios.

But in IBM Sterling Store Engagement V10, we are not able to find this functionality.

Can you kindly help us to enable/find this functionality in V10 Store.

Also we can see the same functionality is available in Call Center for Commerce Module. Since both SSE & CCC, Order capture needs to follow same functionality - can this be incorporated from CCC to SSE also

During Order Creation from store, store users will need to provide Customer Appeasements, Additional Discounts or sometimes need to add Some Charges to specific Line Items. in RCP SOM, we were able to do this using the Add/Modify Charges Functionality. In new Store Module this option is not there
