Allow multiple receipts for a purchase order

Many small and medium retailer do not have partners with full EDI capabilities or retailers may not have capabilities to process vendor EDIs. I am working for such a retailer. They create a purchase order in internal ERP system but they do not get / do not process the ASN when vendor ships out the PO. Most of the cases, PO is large and is shipped in multiple containers which may arrive at stores on different days. In current store engagement store receiving this can be achieved by "Receive Later" function but it does not suit business use cases because OMS can not publish the receipts for container as receipts do not get closed. Publishing on receiveOrder causes magnitude of messages going to external system and is not desirable. 

 

We would want the behavior where a container against a PO can be received and receipt be closed so that that container receipt can be published to external systems.
