Increase Batch Pick Additional Criteria Limit

Use Case / Description

  • Currently, the Batch Pick Configuration – Additional Criteria supports only 3 values in the array.
  • For example, if a customer has 12 Shops and wants to configure Batch Pick grouping based on Shop, only 3 Shops can currently be configured at a time.
  • Example:
    • Shop 1
    • Shop 2
    • Shop 3
    • Shop 4–12 cannot be added due to the current 3-value limitation.
  • This limitation restricts customers from configuring Batch Pick for a larger number of Shops or other grouping values.
  • The requirement is to increase the array limit from 3 to 12, or to the maximum limit supported based on Batch Pick performance and scalability.
  • This would allow customers to configure scenarios such as 12 Shops, or combinations such as Shop + Department, with a larger number of values.
  • The enhancement will provide greater flexibility for customized Batch Pick grouping without requiring multiple configurations for the same business requirement.
