API to Update Pick Request Status

Currently, there are scenarios where the Shipment Status and SIM Pick Request Status are not in sync.

Similar to the existing Shipment Status Change Transaction, an API to update the SIM Pick Request Status would be useful.

This API can be used to manually/programmatically change the Pick Request status based on business requirements.
Example: NOT_STARTED → IN_PROGRESS

This would be helpful when the Shipment is already in progress, but the corresponding SIM Pick Request is still in NOT_STARTED.

The API can also be used for customized scenarios such as SLA breach handling and other business-driven status changes.

This will provide flexibility to keep the SIM Pick Request Status aligned with the Shipment Status and the overall fulfillment flow.
