Ability to pick from a specific zone over other zones using sequencing

Our business would like to always pick from backroom zone over salesfloor zone regardless of inventory level

Salesfloor - customers shopping area (700+ locations)

Backroom - employee only with additional stock to supply salesfloor (611 locations)

25k items

Average 6 lines per Order with Max of 110 lines per order

Example:

1.  Single Item order for 1 qty and inventory in backroom (qty 10) and salesfloor (qty 25):  Pick should occur from backroom

2.  Single Item order for 1 qty and inventory in backroom location AA (qty 10) (Seq #1) and backroom location BB (qty 25) (Seq #5):  Pick should occur from backroom location AA since sequence number is lowest

3.  Single Item order for 1 qty and inventory in backroom (qty 0) and salesfloor (qty 25):  Pick should occur from salesfloor
