Need ability to use AlternateItemID in inventory APIs

We have a Global catalog where an Item is identified by UPC in US and EAN in Europe. (This is a common setup across companies)
We have ItemID=UPC, and we have Item Alias for EAN.
We can use AlternateItemID=EAN to create order and it works fine.

But there is no AlternateItemID support for inventory APIs - adjustInventory, loadInventorymismatch, syncLoadedInventory, reserveAvailableInventory.

We have PKMS in US which will send Inventory in UPC which is fine, but in Europe they will send everything in EAN which will require a lookup in OMS everytime. You can easily understand how much will affect performance especially during nightly syncs with WMS which usually runs for hours even without any customizations.

    AlternativeItemId will not be supported in OMS however the same functionality can be configurable with the Inventory Visibility Item Custom Attribute planned for 2H 2022
