Allow CD netmap in SSP multiple hosts/IP addresses under the same s-node name

Allow multiple hosts/IP addresses per CD node on SSP netmap. Currently in SSP v343 product, CD node and its address are 1:1 mapping. We currently have 4 CD server adapters on backend SBI 2 node cluster. These SBI CDSA all share the same CD node name, in active mode load balancing each other. Correspondingly we configured 4 SSP CD proxy adapters. Due to the said SSP CD netmap limitation, we have to maintain 4 netmaps to be able to use the same CD node name for 4 SBI CDSA's IP + port combinations. Other than this, the 4 SSP CD netmaps have identical configuration for all other CD nodes.

As comparison, we use one netmap for 4 SSP adapters on FTPS/SFTP/HTTPS protocols.

Our configuration is built similarly and we have the same issue. Would be nice to only have to work with one netmap instead of 4 flavors of the same netmap.
