Steling Secure Proxy new feature request for password reset/forgot password.

System : SSP
Actor: User needing to change a forgot password.

SSP currently does not support forgot password or password reset self service functionality. Need to add this feature on SSP

Description: During the initial on boarding of a partner id we want the partner to change the initial password plus set the self service security hint/challenge Questions and Answer for the forgot password functionality .
Two Security Question and Answers from Hint Question drop down menu and store them along with answer.
- Security Q1
- A1
- Security Q2
- Email id.
( Secret answer is case sensitive )

Then reset password needs to be emailed. (Secure email) and once the user logins in with reset password prompt them to change.

If the challenge Question and Answer does not match fail the password reset.
