Adapt SSP to the removal of "clientAuth EKU" from Public TLS certificat

By February 2027, public certificate authorities (CAs) will stop supporting TLS client authentication due to Chrome’s new root program rules.  This will break connections to SSP servers for our customers which have enabled "Require Client Authentication" on Netmap for PeSIT SSL and FTPS protocols.

Partners whom renew their Public CA won't be able to connect anymore as their TLS certificate will be missing the clientAuth EKU. 

Modifying the security configuration on the SSP server isn't an option.

SSP code should adapt to this change in Public CAs like other products do.  For example the EKU “purpose” check will be ignored for the leaf certificate during verification. Only the EKU mismatch check will be bypassed – mTLS connection will continue to work with "Require Client Authentication" enabled if the certificate is otherwise valid and trusted.
