Ability to Scan Files for Viruses in the DMZ before arrival in Secure Zone

Need a facility to contact a server via ICAP to scan files (similar to how QuickFile) works. This can be achieved by installing SSP perimeter servers on the virus server in its zone and have SSP engines leverage a persistent connection between the AV server and SSP, using ICAP as the transport. To facilitate a quarantined zone, the perimeter server when requesting a persistent connection to the engine's local perimeter server would need to be authorized via key exchange (similar to how the Command Line Adapter 2 is set up now in SBI).

We also need to ensure the scan is also for the encrypted files for example coming through an AS2 channel.
