Include the SA steps as part of run-as-root | C:D installation and upgrade

The customer noticed Connect Direct services are impacted post RHEL 8 upgrade (from previous RHEL versions 7.x) . The SA needs to perform a few steps (outlined in https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ibm-sterling-connectdirect-unix-fails-start-red-hat-enterprise-linux-version-8) to get CD to work again. Will these steps be made part of the run-as-root steps within the cdcust (install/upgrade) option.

    This capability is available from CD Unix 6.3 onwards.

    For the convenience of executing C:D for UNIX binaries from locations other than our ndm/bin directory,

    we can create a Transport Independent RPC Library symbolic link in the system library. See Known

    Restrictions in the C:D UNIX Release Notes for details.

    Do you want to create the symbolic link?:[Y/n]

    For the automated install, customers can use the following parameter:

    cdai_tirpcCreateLink=y|n

    --tirpcCreateLink

    n

    Checks for libtirpc.so.1 in system library and creates link if necessary. See note re libtirpc under Hardware and Software Requirements in the Release Notes for details.
