Automate certificate management

TLS cert life spans are going to become very short by 2029 (https://www.digicert.com/blog/tls-certificate-lifetimes-will-officially-reduce-to-47-days).  This effectively means that everyone who uses Sterling file transfer products will have to have a manual process in place to update their TLS certs once a month.

There should be an API in SFG, SSP and/or secure+ that follows the ACME protocol (https://www.keyfactor.com/blog/what-is-acme-protocol-and-how-does-it-work/) so certificate management systems can automatically update TLS certs.  Otherwise there's going to be a lot of manual work required of staff who manage Sterling file transfer products, which will probably drive adoption of other secure file transfer software that does use ACME for automatic cert updates.
