Could you please provide support for SSP 6.1 on HP-UX B.11.31?

A customer in the financial industry needs us to support SSP 6.1 on HP-UX B.11.31 because HPE offers the extended support for B.11.31 until Dec 2028.

    Otherwise, can we offer extended and sustained support for SSP 6.0.3 until February 2028?

    Thank you for opening this enhancement request with IBM. We have discussed it internally and unfortunately won't be able to certify SSP v6.1 with the HP-UX operating system. We've seen a continued decline is HP-UX interest from the overall market and must focus on OSs that are strategic for most of our customers. HP-UX will continue to be supported on the v6.0.x branch of code until it goes end of support however so there should be plenty of time to explore alternate UNIX/Linux distributiions such as RedHat, SuSE, or AIX.
