Send all Partner related Events / activity to ICC

We are looking for some kind of report from SSP / ICC that would provide all the activity happening in SSP related to partners login attempt.

At any point of time, we should be able to generate a report by partner to find out.

  1. how many successful login

  2. Failed login attempt

  3. Account locked out

  4. Partners meta data info

We are running Medicare service for state govt, and their security team need all this info on a monthly basic. Today we are scanning through the logs to extract some of the information. Over the period of time the logs get overwritten, and it is becoming difficult to extract information for a year.


Since we use ICC to monitor File transfer, SSP and SEAS health. We prefer the SSP events gets pushed to ICC. If that would take more time to develop then report from SSP should also be fine.

    Really appreciate your detailed inputs. We have already considered this as one of the items in our SSP roadmap and hence promoting this idea as planned for future release.

    Thanks for your response.

    1. All the login information like username , what type of authentication ( key / password) , any user mapping ( for that partners in SSP) , date and time of login, login success / failed , count of how many times logged in at any give period of time. etc.
