Hello Team,


Even though there is option to have multiple JMS Configuration under CMSystemSettings, at a time only one JMS configuration can be set in JMS Queue Management to enable JMS queuing for CM. There is no option for Alternate JMS Configuration.


If in case the JMS queue selected in JMS Connection info is down, then once has to manual change this config to the working JMS Configuration. Having an alternate JMS Connection Info, will help to avoid this manual change.


The ask is similar to the option that is already available for External Authentication Servers (Advanced -> External Authentication Servers -> Advanced)

We have moved away from JMS Queue Management for monitoring SSP CM, and adopted OSA based arch. Support for multiple event processors is available in OSA.
