API and Events to provide Fulfillable Availability (available quantity that are fulfillable) by doing sourcing rule discovery to get distribution group or nodes or node types to generate network availability

Omnichannel Retailers would require to show what is the available quantity that are fulfillable to their customers based on where they are getting it delivered to / collected from (regional sourcing), what are the various product attributes (such as cannot ship inflammable items to particular region/country). The current network availability API helps to provide available quantity, but this means the clients needs to have sourcing logic locally to find out which Distribution Group to use and get the network availability to show to customers.
