If there is an error, an email is sent indicating there was an error, but there are no details about the error in the email. The details about the failure reason are in a file.

As an end user there is no way for us to obtain this file.
We don't have the password, tools, or skills to login to unix server.
The file with the error details should be included as an attachment to the failure email.
