Configuration to control Sell and Fulfill capability at node level

Can a product feature be provided as:

1. Ability to turn ON/OFF a node for availability or fulfilment or both.

2. Ability to associate a duration on the action to turn OFF.

What is your industry? Retail
How will this idea be used?

Business will have more control over the operation of the node from Inventory Management systems. We can control the selling and fulfillment of Items from specific nodes.

    This RFE is a mix for two products
    For Node Availability FO, this feature already exists in SIP, you can use the Node APi (https://api.watsoncommerce.ibm.com/configuration/{tenantId}/v1/nodes/{nodeId}) and defined the fulfillment option block as below

    "fulfillmentOverrides": [ { "allow": false, "deliveryMethod": "PICK", "expiryTs": "2030-01-01T00:00:00.000Z" } ]

    As seen it comes with a expiryTS which is between the time of configuration and the expiryTs


    For fulfillment this will be an OMS actions

    Suggest to apply a capacity override on the specific node so that the capacity is set to 0 resulting in no order being packed,shipped or fulfilled.
