Support multiple file types for the same order type

In the German flavour of EBICS v2.x the file types are implied as documented in the EBICS addendum and German (and other) market documents. Mostly each order type corresponds to a single file type but there are cases where the same order type can be used for multiple file types e.g. where there are multiple versions i.e. the C53 order should support any file type camt.053.001.xx (e.g. camt.053.001.08). The EBICS order framework should be extended to allow multiple file types to be aligned to a single order and the EBICS Server services modified to search for all files that match any of the specified file types in the user mailbox when fulfilling a download order.
