RELATED IDEAS

MFA support for SFG via OpenID connect or SAML

Currently SFG does not support MFA. We would like to have MFA support via OpenID connect or SAML due to security reasons in our company. 
Suggested workaround via Secured Jump Host is not compliant to our internal regulations.

    Hi,

    after reviewing the SEAS documentation, I did not see any evidence how to configure SEAS to use OIDC. Could you point out the documentation that describes a setup within SEAS to use an OIDC IDP.

    Additionally to refine a bit more, we are looking for an option to apply MFA to administrative users, not trading partners. So it's not about trading partner identities, but pure user accounts (knowing that trading partners are represented as user accounts too).

    Is this something that could be handled using Sterling External Authentication Server?  You are entitled to SEAS when you pay for an SFG license.
