Canned S3 Adapter - support for the other providers like IBM cos, Pure storage etc.

Hi Chandra,

After extensive testing and research, I have found that the AWS S3 adapter is currently only suited to working with virtual-host-style endpoint URLs.

I'm noticing that the typical use case for the AWS S3 client adapter seems to be for buckets hosted on the AWS S3 service. Based on the documentation page, some support is also provided for Dell ECS and IBM Cloud Object Storage endpoints.

Since the adapter appears to be working as designed, I recommend submitting an idea on the idea lab to allow the AWS S3 client adapter to offer path-style bucket support.
