myfilegateway GUI popup messages

We are using IBM MyFileGateway v1.0 solution for HTTPs file transfer. Our customers are using this portal for upload/download files over HTTPs. Our Internal Business Team raised serious concerns over UI observations/issues which are easily noticeable. We have captured those evidences and needs to be addressed ASAP as it is impacting user experience.

    Hello, we are looking for these defect fixes in product MyFG 1.0. We have already evaluated 2.0 and it does not compatible for our requirement.

    Hello,

    I see you're using MyFG 1.0. IBM Sterling File Gateway has an updated version of this tool called My File Gateway 2.0. In it many of your concerns have been addressed. Please give that tool a download, and see if it solves your problems.

    IBM Sterling Expert Lab Team - We are using IBM MyFileGateway v1.0 solution for HTTPs file transfer. Our customers are using this portal for upload/download files over HTTPs. Our Product Business Team has raised serious concerns over UI observations/issues based on our customers feedback which are easily noticeable. We have captured those evidences and needs to be addressed ASAP as it is impacting user experience.
