Dashboard should give the possibility in the key creation to add ECDSA keys

Currently when creating SSH keys via the SBI dashboard ( Trading partner --> SSH --> Use Identity key --> create --> New user key ), only RSA and DSA keys encryption can be chosen.  But in the real world, companies require much higher and secure encryption.

As SBI does support better encryption formats, like ECDSA, it would be expected that this is also an option via the dashboard.  As the dashboard UI hasn't been updated, administrators need to create keys via the B2Bapi as a workaround

Dashboard should also allow for key lengths greater than 2048 when creating keys and self-signed certificates
