External users can upload files to a mailbox. However, the files are not scanned for malicious content in mailbox.

This use case is important as security is at risk, for not scanning files from external sources.

    Hello, thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. We truly value our relationship with you and appreciate your willingness to share details about your experience, your recommendations, and ideas.


    IBM has evaluated the request and has determined that it cannot be implemented at this time or does not align with our current strategy or roadmap.


    Another option may be to partner SFG with IBM Sterling Secure Proxy which has recently introduced ICAP support and has futuer intentions to deliver DLP capabilities.


    Custom business processes could potentialy be a soltion as well, with user exits to do period scans. IBM Services can provide further guidance. If you would like to discuss this requiremetn with them please let your sales team know or respond to this thread.
