Add new Order types to the German EBICS implementation - NRA and NRB

Our client is already using our Sterling B2B stack for EBICS purposes. They have a German customer that is willing to use NRA and NRB order types to exchange information with it.

These new order types will allow them to be compliant with a new German regulation that states that, if using EBICS, they need to exchange SCT-IQF and SCT-QVF in the form of NRA and NRB ebics order types.
