Self-Service option in SFG, allow our business partner to replay their own failed transfers.

Is there an option in SFG to allow our business partner to replay their own failed file transfers for their accounts? If so, do you have any documentation/information on how to enable that feature?

How will this idea be used?

To give our users/client a self-service feature which will allow them to be more engaged with SFG.

    Hello, thank you for your input. A mySFG user should be able to replay a failed transmission. For assistance please contact our L2 support team. We also have a "replay" available in 5263_5 that one can craft a process to trigger a replay.
