Enable SEAS to directly consume SAML/OIDC passed roles.

Enhancement request for the SEAS (STERLING External Authentication Server) service.

Request SEAS have the ability to consume roles or entitlements through federation service, all roles are passed through the federated service from a role that is stored externally. Specifically want SEAS to be able to pass roles and entitlements directy to be consumed by the SEAS service.

We are seeking the ability to pass a role through a federated enterprise solution to pass the role to the application.

Using a centralized Identity repository to approve roles. We would like the ability to pass the roles created in our Identity repository and pass them through our federated Identity provider.

Enhancement Ticket request due to M-2209 federal mandate.

Typical flow user would be go to URL(ICC/SSP) we are redirected to IDP to authenticate, sent back with a federation payload OIDC or SAML, (ideally) and that is passed through as authenticated and authorized by the roles provided in the payload.
