Does IBM have the capability to attach an 864 or 824 to an original OB doc in IBM when a 864/824 is sent back by a customer to highlight the said errors? Similar to how a 997 is attached to document in the "Document Detail" section of Inflight.

Basically what we are looking for is to attach an 864 or 824 to the original OB document in EDI ie. 856/810, etc.? Currently the 864/824’s are sent separately and not monitored or actioned upon by any Conagra team. We have to physically go look for the doc separately using a unique reference # with zero notification of a failure or the documents being sent.

If we had visibility to the 864/824's next to the original document in the "Document Detail", this would help identify errors and resolution a lot easier. Let me know if I need to provide more clarity.

    We are unable to tie the documents together in InFlight but you could potentially utilize the Business Field "extra info" to help capture some of this information to assist with tracking.

    Hello, this idea looks like it is under the wrong product. Supply Chain Insights (and now Supply Chain Intelligence Suite) does not process native EDI data. Are you an SCBN customer and if so this should likley be logged under SCBN (Supply Chain Business Network product). If you need help, we should be able to move the idea for you.
