Bulk Upload of Users

Why is it useful? Currently, we are limited to add maximum of 5 users by filling up the First Name, Last Name and Internet Email ID individually. As we are actively on boarding the different business units across IBM Systems Supply Chain Organization, the ability to perform a bulk upload of users either through an excel file or csv file will be a more efficient way to perform bulk users management.

How should it work? A template could be setup consisting of the user's First Name, Last Name, Internet Email ID and Role, thereby enabling anyone performing Users Management to leverage this template to perform bulk upload of users, and the upload result should be immediate providing a feedback if all the records in the template were successfully added or rejected because the user already exists in the system, or it doesnt match the information in the organization's directory.

The ability to upload a list of users (up to 1000) via CSV file is now available through the My IBM page "Manage users".
