Add Change Description/Comments on imports completed through Jobs

When using the Jobs import process to load a new version of a map or code list, there needs to be a Change Description/Comment option to be able to put in details or a case#

When an IBMer uploads a new version of a map or code list using the Jobs function through Config Hub, we need an option to link back to Case#s from CSP for audit and tracking purposes.

    Thank you for submitting this idea and clearly outlining the need for adding a Change Description/Comments field during imports completed through Jobs.
