Pass status message to customer in case of API errors

Currently when an API is invoked, the API response can be passed from the API Gateway to the GIODE when a success response is received from the API.

The API response cannot be passed to the GIODE in case of errors.

The request here is to enhance the product to pass the API response from the API Gateway to the GIODE even in case of errors.

This will help to map the message to the customer format and send the accurate status of the message back to the customer.
