Ability for customers to set up their own network reports

An added functionality in Document Tracking that allows customers to set up Network reports such as the 030 report (error report) 070 Report (Daily Processing Report) 020 Report (Transmission Report).  The benefit of allowing customers to set these up will free up support to handle more complex tickets and allow customers to customize the reports that benefit their needs.  It would be beneficial to have a detailed error report for the customers so they could determine the reason their data errored so they were able to troubleshoot the error (i.e. have descriptive error codes /causes and fixes) and retransmit their data instead of opening a support ticket asking what the error means.

    This would be a great enhancement for our third party customers such as Ecom Specialists LLC, who use our van for their customers.  They reach out to support to set up the reports on behalf of their customers
