Config Center Status message specific to X12/EDIFACT FA’s

We require an enhancement to the C:Center Status message profiles to allow for the selection of 'Input_Doc' as a Target Document when triggering status messages for Functional Acknowledgements (997/CONTRL).

Currently, when the conditions 'EDIFACT De-envelope FA Post-processor Success', 'X12 De-envelope FA Post-processor Success', 'EDIFACT De-envelope FA Post-processor Partial Success', or 'X12 De-envelope FA Post-processor Partial Success' are selected, the Target Document defaults to 'Original_DOC'. We need a dropdown menu to include 'Input_Doc' as an alternative selection for these FA-related conditions. This will enable us to trigger status messages specifically for FAs (997/CONTRL) using the 'Input_Doc' when needed.

How will this idea be used?

At present we are separating the 997/CONTRL messages at the every receive rule level using typing map and this is extra efforts and risk loosing files. This is already existing feature we just need the Target document to be Input_Doc instead of Original_DOC.
